(2) Forged heavy web construction - 360° swivel. Proof tested at 100% greater pull than the working load limit. Binders meet Federal and D.O.T. requirements.
(2) Ratchet buckle binders can be positioned on the load for maximum effect and are simple to operate. Supplied with 2" polyester webbing with flat hooks.
(3) Rails are either bolted or screwed into desired location. Adjust the tie-down position by lifting the spring loaded locking pin and sliding it to the desired self locating hole. Attaching a rope or strap secures the load. Rails are black anodized, 93" long; May be cut for custom installations. Set includes two rails and four slide lock clips. Extra slide lock clips can be ordered.
(8) Specifications: 1000D polyethylene weave 10 x 10 per sq. inch 2.0 mils coated each side. 5.3 oz. per sq. yd. Total thickness 12 mils. Aluminum grommets every 3 ft. Color: blue.
(8) These winches are very strong, compact, and lightweight. Comply with Federal and D.O.T. specifications. For use with up to 4" webbing. All winches are right hand models.
(2) Heavy duty, wear and weather resistant load control straps, consist of the highest quality, strength tested webbing, hardware and sewing patterns. 4"wide with flat hook.
Made from a selected analysis carbon steel to provide higher tensile strength and working load limits, as well as better resistance to wear. Bright (polished) finish. Embossed every 10" with the make and grade appearing alternately.
Note: Grades of chains on this page are not intended for use as sling or lifting chains. For overhead lifting, use CM Herc-Alloy 800® Chain Slings.
The cold shut is the most inexpensive method of repairing or connecting chain. If sized, closed and riveted properly, the nonheat-treated cold shut is stronger than proof coil chain. It is always recommended to use a size larger cold shut for an additional safety factor. Never use for overhead lifting.
(3) Drop forged—heat treated. carbon steel. Clevis pin is carbon steel—heat treated, cotter key is mild steel. Double clevis links join links of grade 30 (proof coil) and grade 43 (high test) chain without welding or peening. May be used to join attachments to grades 30 and 43 chain. Zinc plated.

(2) Significantly higher tensile strength for all load binding and tie down applications, so you can hold a given load with the next smaller size chain than Grade 43. Increased strength-to-weight ratio means lower costs and a lighter chain, for easier storage and handling. GOLD finish, embossed every 10" with the make and grade appearing alternately.
